BY CLICKING ON THE CONFIRM ORDER BUTTON ON THE ORDER FORM REFERENCED HEREIN, YOU ARE AGREEING TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ALL TERMS AND CONDITIONS INCORPORATED BY REFERENCE IN THIS AGREEMENT, INCLUDING KVM HEADQUARTERSS PRIVACY POLICY. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES ALSO CONSTITUTES ACCEPTANCE OF THIS AGREEMENT.
Introduction This User Agreement (Agreement) is an agreement between KVM TOOLS INC, and the party set forth in the related order form (Customer) attached hereto and hereby incorporated by reference (together with any subsequent order forms submitted by Customer, the Order Form), and applies to the purchase of all services (collectively, the Services) ordered by Customer on the Order Form or through any other channels KVM TOOLS INC provides to order and upgrade service. Such party is referred to in this Agreement as Customer or you. KVM TOOLS INC reserves the right to reject this Agreement for any reason or no reason, prior to acceptance thereof by KVM TOOLS INC. The issuance of an invoice number shall indicate KVM TOOLS INC acceptance of this Agreement. Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, KVM TOOLS INC will provide to Customer the Products selected by Customer. KVM TOOLS INC reserves the right to cancel order or refuse service to anyone. Customer hereby represents that he, she or it is either, an individual entering this Agreement for his or her personal use and is over 18 years of age, or a corporation, limited partnership or other legal entity, duly organized and in good standing under the laws of the state of its organization and the person acting on behalf of Customer is duly authorized to accept, execute and deliver this Agreement on behalf of Customer.
Return Policy **Item will be drop shipped directly from the manufacturer/distributor. Item is non-cancelable and non-returnable.**
Shipping When you provide your shipping address, please make sure that it is a valid physical address (no PO Boxes). KVM TOOLS INC cannot be held responsible for products sent to the wrong address due to typographical error in the shipping address.
Sales Tax KVM TOOLS INC is based in Missouri City, Texas. And as such is required by state legislation to collect sales tax from customers who reside within this state (Texas). Due to software limitations, sales tax is not added to the total amount automatically, and thus needs to be adjusted for before the order is processed. The Customer will be charged for the sales tax (if liable) before the order is processed, and thus will need to pay the additional fees in conjunction with the total purchase price on the order. Failure to do so, will guarantee KVM TOOLS INC the right to reject your order.
